Return Policy Details
On our website, under the Terms and Conditions – point 7 Right of Withdrawal.
On the giftpress.eu/ website, only custom-made products (such as custom calendars, photos, gifts, t-shirts, mugs, etc.) can be ordered, which are produced by the Service Provider based on the Consumer’s instructions or explicit request, thus the Consumer’s right of withdrawal significantly differs from the usual right of withdrawal when purchasing goods available in other commerce! Therefore, please read the information provided in the General Terms and Conditions.
The Consumer has the right to withdraw without justification before approving the production of the product(s). If no changes are requested to the ordered product (i.e., it is requested in exactly the same colors, text, etc. as found on the giftpress.eu/ website), the order shall be considered as the production approval.
The Consumer is not entitled to the right of withdrawal for custom-made products that were produced based on the Consumer’s instructions or explicit request, or for products that were clearly personalized for the Consumer (such as custom calendars, photos, gifts, t-shirts, mugs, etc. available in the webshop).
1. Limitation of the right of withdrawal for custom products We inform our Customers that according to Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.), products that are individually made at the explicit request of the consumer, based on their specified requirements (e.g., mugs with personal photos, t-shirts with names, custom puzzles) do NOT entitle the buyer to the 14-day right of withdrawal without justification. Since these products cannot be resold to other customers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for completed orders if the buyer changes their mind.
2. Quality Guarantee and Complaints (Damaged, defective product) Our company is committed to quality. If the received product is proven to be defective or does not match the parameters provided at the time of ordering, we will, of course, ensure the replacement of the product or refund the purchase price.
In what cases do we accept complaints?

Shipping damage: If the product (e.g., mug) arrived broken.

Manufacturing defect: If the quality of the print is inadequate due to a manufacturing defect (e.g., striped printing).

Incorrect fulfillment: If the product received is not the one ordered or not made with the uploaded photo.
Exclusion reasons (When we cannot provide a refund):

Uploading a photo of inadequate quality (e.g., blurry, low resolution) by the buyer.

Spelling error in the text provided by the buyer.

Slight color discrepancies due to monitor settings.
3. The process of return and administration If you received a defective product, please follow the steps below:

Notify us: After noticing the defect (preferably within 3 days), please write to us at
info@alkossegyedit.hu. -
Attach a photo: Please attach a photo of the damaged or defective product, where the defect is clearly visible. (In many cases, it may not be necessary to return the product).

Cost coverage: In the case of a valid complaint (manufacturing defect), the shipping cost of the replacement product will be fully covered by our webshop, or we will refund the full purchase price (including shipping costs).
