T-shirt, mug or puzzle: which should you choose?
Start with your idea: a short message, a family portrait and a detailed landscape each suit a different kind of gift.
| Gift | When is it a good fit? | What should you check? |
|---|---|---|
| Custom T-shirt | For a shared phrase, team logo or a memory they can wear. | Check the size, shirt colour and contrast of the artwork. Keep your message short enough to read easily. |
| Photo mug | For a portrait, family moment or a few personal words. | Review each side separately. Keep faces and lettering away from the edges of the printable area. |
| Photo puzzle | For a photograph you would enjoy turning into an activity together. | Choose a picture with recognisable details. Large areas of a single colour can make the puzzle harder to complete. |

A FEW QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START?
Let’s help you
get started.
The useful little things to know about making a personal gift.
Order supportWhen will my gift be ready, and can I collect it?
The shop lists 1–2 working days for production of normal quantities, with priority production potentially available within 4 hours. This is not a delivery time: confirm urgent deadlines with support. Once notified that it is ready, you can collect at 1148 Budapest, Adria sétány 10/F, Hungary.
What delivery and payment options are available?
Collection and GLS delivery are available. The shop lists card payment, advance bank transfer and PayPal; checkout shows the options for your order and the delivery cost. For an international address, check that your destination country is supported.
Is the photo mug dishwasher-safe?
The linked two-sided 300 ml ceramic mug is listed as dishwasher-safe and microwave-safe. If you choose a different mug, follow that product’s own care instructions.
Which products can I personalise?
GiftPress helps you create personalised T-shirts, mugs and photo puzzles. Choose a product and launch the designer on its Alkossegyedit.hu page. You can check the current options and product variants there.
Can I upload my own photo?
Yes, your own photograph can become a gift. Choose an original, sharp, well-lit image that you have the right to use. You upload it in the shop’s designer; GiftPress does not store your photos.
Can I add text to the products?
A name, date, quote or personal message is a great place to start. Check the text options in your chosen product’s editor, then review the spelling and readability before ordering.
What image quality should I use?
Use the original high-resolution file where possible, rather than a copy compressed by a messaging app. Avoid blurry pictures. Check the product page for supported formats, file limits and any quality guidance in the designer.
How do I make a custom T-shirt?
Choose “Design a T-Shirt”, then open the designer on the product page. Add a photo, artwork, text or logo, and review the placement and selected shirt options.
How do I make a photo mug?
Select “Create a Mug” to visit the mug product page. Open the editor, upload your favourite photograph and fit it within the print area. Add a personal message if you’d like.
How is a personalised puzzle made?
The linked A3 puzzle measures 29 × 42 cm and has 190 pieces made from pressed paper with a lacquered surface. Select “Tervezés” (Design) on its product page to add your photo. Keep important details away from the edges.
Can I order one item or gifts for a team?
Yes, Alkossegyedit.hu accepts orders from one piece. Quantity discounts are available for larger orders, including team T-shirts and gifts with a company logo. Confirm the price and production schedule with the support team.
Can I have the gift delivered directly to someone?
Check the shop’s checkout for available delivery addresses, countries and gifting options. If delivery directly to the recipient or the parcel contents matter, confirm the details with the provider before ordering.
How can I check my design before ordering?
Review the preview in the designer: check spelling, cropping and that important details stay inside the print area. Check the product variant and quantity too. If anything is unclear, contact the order support team.
